DISPATCH
To ensure that we can charge fair prices for our products, we have chosen to send the products directly from the supplier. This saves us and the environment enormously on storage, transport and packaging costs and we can offer you the products at a fair price.
Please note: just like many other web shops, we are currently very busy, which means that delays can occur. Keep this in mind when placing your order. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Shipping Agreement
The shipping department cannot send to mailboxes. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. Make sure your address is correct before you complete your order. We cannot be held responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or levies. We do not calculate or collect taxes or charges from you. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and adhere to the country and local regulations and policy of the receiving country. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that customs allows the shipment of our products to your country and what the import duties or rates can be when delivery. We will not repay the shipment of the package if you refuse the package or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or levies. If the package is seized by customs for whatever reason and the package is not returned to us, we cannot give a refund.

If you have placed an order with us, you can easily see after a few days when your package will arrive. You will receive your personal tracking code by e-mail with which you can follow your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. You can read how this works on our order page
Broken product? How annoying! Unfortunately it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case we always send a new package for free and unfortunately we cannot return you to money. Does the product be defective the second time? Then we will repay the full purchase amount.
In the event that a package is searched or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before we continue with our refund and return policy.
import duties
In some cases, customs will carry out an inspection of our packages delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation has been amended on 1 July 2021 and unfortunately we have no influence on this. In some cases, customs can charge a small amount of import duties. But do not worry! We assume that this will not happen 99% of the time.
Non-acceptance of packages
If a package is delivered to your home or is delivered to a post office, Shopindra covers the costs for delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or is not collected at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In that case we will send you a new package for free. If it is not accepted the second time, we have the right to withhold € 15 on the amount that you get back for it.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a return policy of 14 days. Contact us for return requests.
If 14 days have passed since you have received your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Special sales bundles cannot be partially reimbursed. If a reimbursement is requested according to our 14-day money-back guarantee policy for a special sales collection, all items in the bundle must be returned for a full reimbursement.
